How it plays out
Three activations, three lines that kept moving.
Composite examples drawn from typical Merch Troop live events — how the station was sized, what guests took home, and why a press beat a paint booth.

Case 01 · Product launch
A sneaker drop that needed a takeaway.
A footwear brand wanted the buzz of a made-on-the-spot tee for a weekend launch. An airbrush artist would have painted maybe a dozen an hour; instead we staged three approved colorways and ran a single DTF station that pressed a Bella+Canvas 3001 in seconds per guest. The line stayed short, every tee matched the launch art exactly, and guests wore them out the door and into their photos.
Case 02 · Corporate summit
A two-day summit with a personalized twist.
A tech company hosting a leadership summit wanted attendees to add their first name to a branded hoodie. We combined a DTF logo press with a name-and-number station, so each piece carried the event mark plus the guest's name — the personalization airbrush was known for, printed clean and legible. Setup, staffing, and teardown were staffed at the standard $250 per hour rate across both days.
Case 03 · Music festival
A festival hat bar that drew its own crowd.
For a multi-stage festival, the ask was a keepsake that felt premium. We ran a hat bar: guests chose a Richardson 112 or Flexfit cap and a patch we heat-applied at the table. No drying time, no smudged paint — just a finished cap in hand. The station itself became a photo backdrop, which is exactly what the airbrush booths of the past did best.
